Common questions.
Can I have more than one subscription at the same time?
Yes. Individual Verified and Creator are fully compatible — you can hold both at the same time and your profile will display both badges. Business Verified is for business accounts and is separate. You cannot hold Individual Verified and Business Verified simultaneously on the same account.
Where is my subscription managed?
All subscriptions are managed through Apple or Google — not directly by HAVEN. To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings: on iPhone, go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions. On Android, go to the Google Play Store → Subscriptions. You can also manage them from within the HAVEN. app under Settings → Membership.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. Once it lapses, your badge is removed immediately. For Creator, your algorithm boost is also removed. For Individual and Business Verified, if you resubscribe later, your badge reactivates without needing to reapply — as long as your verification status hasn't been revoked.
Does the Creator subscription require approval?
No. The Creator subscription is open to everyone with a HAVEN. account. There are no requirements, no follower minimums, and no application process. Subscribe inside the app and your badge and 2× boost go live instantly.
Does the algorithm boost mean my posts are promoted or sponsored?
No. The Creator boost is a multiplier applied to HAVEN.'s organic feed algorithm — your posts are not labeled as promoted or sponsored and do not appear in ad placements. They simply compete more strongly in the organic feed. HAVEN. does not sell paid feed placement or sponsored posts.
Is there a free trial?
HAVEN. does not currently offer free trials for any subscription. All plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time with no penalty.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment is processed entirely through Apple or Google's billing system — whichever platform you're on. Any payment method you have on file with Apple or Google will work. HAVEN. never handles your payment information directly.
